Drinking System Description
Automatic Nipple Drinking Line System can provide fresh and clean water for birds which is crucial for the growth of birds. Meanwhile, nipple drinking system can make the poultry house environment better, it can reduce the feed to be wasted as well as the intensity of labor. So the nipple drinking system has become a necessary equipment for standard poultry house.
1. Normal water supply
a. Open the main water inlet valve, observe the water pressure table, the normal working pressure of the water line is: 2 ~ 3 Kg/cm2 ( 0.20 ~ 0.30Mpa)
b. Adjust the front handle of the water line to the normal water supply state
c. The end of the display ball valve is closed. Open the working ball valve above the regulator.
d. Slowly rotate the screw at the bottom of the regulator, so that the water level of the water display tube rises, while the hand pressure nipple will discharge the air in the water pipe.
2. Dosing
a. Open the main water inlet valve, observe the water pressure table, the normal working pressure of the water line is: 2 ~ 3 Kg/cm2 ( 0.20 ~ 0.30Mpa)
b. Adjust the front handle of the water line to the dosing state
c. The end of the display ball valve is closed. Open the working ball valve above the regulator.
d. Slowly rotate the screw at the bottom of the regulator, so that the water level of the water level display tube rises, while the hand pressure nipple to discharge the air in the water pipe
e. When dosing, deflate the dosing device. For detailed operation of the dosing device, please read the instruction manual of the dosing device.
3. Flushing of water line
Please must follow the following steps:
a. Open the ball valve showing the end of the water line.
b. Open the backflush ball valve above the regulator
c. Adjust each valve of the front assembly to the purging state.
