Main Feed line is mainly used to deliver feed from silo to the hopper in the feeding pan system Thereis one feed sensor at the end of main feed line, which can control the drive motor on and off to realize automatically feeding.
Precautions for checking and debugging:
1, check whether all the material pipe is on the same level, otherwise adjust the suspension ring to make the material line in a straight state, the flatness of the material line has a great impact on the performance.
2, check whether the motor, sensor wiring is correct, wiring is firm.
3. Start the material line running for a short period of time, check the possible installation errors, pay attention to observe whether the feeding direction of the skein is correct. Touch the material level sensor by hand to check whether the sensor works properly.
4. Let the skein run for about 15-20 minutes without material to remove the burrs stuck on the skein and tube wall. In this process, the noise may be a little loud, which is normal. If it is with the chicken installation, then use the point mode, so that the chicken gradually adapt to the sound of the material line.
5, remove all burrs and dirty things in the material tube, and check the heating on the tube (mainly in the material box spindle position, if the heating needs to pull out the spindle for grinding), remove all debris in the material tray.
6. Add a small amount of feed into the feed box until the tray is filled.
7. Continue feeding as above until all trays of the entire feed line are filled with feed.
Maintenance matters needing attention:
1. Check the flatness of the material line regularly and check whether the screws and nuts are loose.
2. Check the sealing condition of the electric cabinet regularly, wipe the outside of the control cabinet with a dry rag to keep the control cabinet clean. Check whether the internal wiring of the control cabinet is secure regularly.
3. The motor is well protected with textile bags or feed buckets to prevent water from the motor or chickens from pulling feces on the motor.
4. When washing, the material line will be raised to the height, open the bayonet between the material tray and the grid, so that the material tray is hung on the transfer pin of the grid and washed with high pressure water gun. When washing, the motor must be wrapped with waterproof plastic to prevent water in the junction box.
5. Empty the feed in the spring feed system as soon as the coop is emptied before the system is cleaned.
Each batch of chickens should be lubricating to the lifting winch once, special attention: do not inject lubricating oil into the friction sheet.
